Personal SurfWax is our powerful Web-based service that enables users to
create personal meta-search multisource search capabilities and save
research in secure personal repositories. Users can select from our
library of thousands of Web sources (web sites, databases, news feeds, etc)
and build custom SearchSets to increase search success rates through the
simultaneous searching of a group of related Web sites.
My SearchSets:
SurfWax makes it easy to personally harness the breadth and depth of
multiple search sources. With SurfWax you can select from over 1,850
search sources to create your own customized SearchSets. You can set a
relative "weight" for sources within each set and you can change your
SearchSets at any time.
Interactive Zooming into a Document:
When you request a summary of a web page/document, SurfWax
automatically generates an index of keypoints that zoom you directly to
surrounding sentences or into the full text of the document.
My InfoCubby:
"Best use" of search results means effective knowledge-sharing and
collaboration. Now you can save your SiteSnaps to an InfoCubby-- your
private, personal repository of knowledge that you collect from your web
searches. You can re-use, annotate, and share your InfoCubby with other
users.
