You can create different folders in which you can save any type of document
(Word, HTML, PDF, PPT, .MOV, etc.).
And you can easily share these folders with Groups
of users (following industry-standard User & Group privilege options).
Folders can be flagged as "public" and thus made available to any visitor to a
web site (without the client user having to use or know any HTML).
Folders can also be flagged for "submission", and all documents saved to such
a folder are scanned for plagiarism against the entire Web and the client
organizations own inventory of documents.
